An Absolute pleasure to Deal with! So helpful with answering all my question before I went ahead with the HAPP12A unit to install into my garage. Freight was perfect, came very well packaged and delivery was pretty good considering everything that was going on. A few hiccups with setting it all up but the customer service was second to none and was able to sort out the problems very very quickly and also.
